Platform Property Care hasa fantastic opportunity for anexperiencedMulti Skill Carpenter based in Evesham Cheltenham and Gloucester to join our Responsive Repairs team to help us maintain and improve our homes.

What could you be doing

You will beensuring our customers homes are maintained and repaired to a great standard. You will be an experienced Multi Skill Trades Carpenter who can carry out a range of multi skilled maintenance works such as carpentry plumbing plastering wall tiling flooring and decoration including major works.

You will work closely with the Service Manager in this area to manage jobs from inspection through carrying out the works independently and post inspection once works are completed.

You will thrive on giving great customer service keeping jobs on track and possess the drive to make sure the work is completed to spec.Youll have full control of your job completion inclusive of materials and liaison with customers.

The role is varied and no two days are the same! Its a tough task and our expectations are high. In return youll have the support of a great team!

We want somebody who can:

A team player youll be hard working and keen to learn with a cando attitude. Youll be working in peoples homes so youll need to be friendly and approachable with good communication skills.Youll also need to be organised and recognise the importance of delivering good customer service.You will also own the work issued and be focused on Right FirstTime delivery.

Some things we need from you:

You will be qualified in Carpentry with associated trade skills of Flooring Plastering Tiling and Decoration

Youll have the ability to demonstrate an expertise in these trades and be able to deliver and resolve a repair job from start to finish.

• Experience of delivering Multi Trade work
• You will be qualified to at least NVQ L2 Carpentry
• You will have good organisational skillsand experience of keeping jobs on track
• And the personal drive to ensure works are completed quickly efficiently and delivered right first time
• A full driving licence is essential as this is a mobile role a van with fuel card is provided
• As you will be working within Customers homes this role requires a DBS check.

There is also the opportunity to earn additionalfrom being on the out of hours rota as required.

This role is for a team covering Evesham Tewkesbury Cheltenham and Gloucester so you will need to live here.
