Senior Quantity Surveyor ClientSide Consultancy
Location: Brisbane
Employment Type: FullTime
Salary: $125000 $145000 Superannuation

What Youll Be Doing
Managing cost planning estimates and full QS services across various projects
Preparing detailed reports tenders and feasibility studies
Advising clients on contracts procurement and value engineering
Ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices
Working with autonomy while contributing to a collaborative team environment
What Youll Need
A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
46 years of local experience in a clientside Quantity Surveying role
Proficiency in CostX and Excel
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and a confident clientfacing presence
Preferably AIQS or RICS accredited (or working towards)
