Responsibilities:
Client management:
1. Act as a single point of contact for clients to maintain relationship.
2. Get trained on BARE systems / reports for clients.
3. Responsible for end to end project delivery i.e. development optimization & delivery of client projects.
4. Build reports and set up the questionnaire(s) in close consultation with client & project management.
5. Masters and maintains knowledge of clients business competition and latest industry news and trends.
6. Giving value added recommendations & solutions to clients should have consultative approach towards the client.
7. Should be able to manage client escalation and concerns seamlessly.
Project Management :
1. Planning and allocation of resources effectively.
2. To identify Operational/ Fieldwork issues and recommend solutions.
3. Continuously seek opportunities to optimize processes and improve the quality and efficiency of mystery shopping programs.
4. Stay abreast of industry trends best practices and innovations to inform program development and enhance service offerings.
5. Interact and coordinate with resource teams Operations & Editing Teams to ensure agreed service levels.
6. Follow up and control project quality by spotchecking.
7. Will be required to work on various tools and platforms for program management.
8. Should have basic Excel knowledge for project tracking purpose.
Cost control:
1. Monitors agency/client budgets and billing process.
2. Commercial focus of changes and impact on costing & client fees.
3. Should be familiar with project budgeting invoicing and vendor management.
4. Makes periodical client profitable reports drives profitability improvement plans
Associated Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Required:
Education Graduate / MBA with min. 4 yrs. experience in Client Servicing / Key accounts management.
Preferable from any industry like Retail Automobile Hospitality / QSR industry knowledge.
Competency Skills:
Strong on Client communication and client management.
Strong analytical skills
Strong knowledge skills office applications (Excel PowerPoint Word).
Ability to work independently and to schedule time and resources effectively.
Ability to motivate and direct team members.
Ability to set up and manage projects keeping cost factors in mind at all times.
Ability to respond to team and customer needs; to meet commitments.
Reports to: Vice President Operations BARE India.
Industry Market Research / Advertising / KPO/ BPO / Automotive / Hospitality.
CTC offered Min 4 Lacs Max 7 Lacs. p.a.
