About The Company
Our client is a Sydneybased builder with over 20 years of experience delivering architecturally designed residences and highend commercial spaces. Known for their precision expertise and seamless project delivery they are entering an exciting phase of growth and are looking to expand their tightknit passionate team.
About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to support and eventually lead construction and fitout projects from inception through to completion ensuring they are delivered on time within budget and to client expectations.
Reporting directly to the Project Manager and Owner some of the responsibilities will include:
- Liaising with clients suppliers and contractors
- Supporting project planning coordination and
- Monitoring project progress and updating internal systems
- Preparing documentation and assisting with compliance requirements
- Attending site visits and learning onthejob with the view to managing projects independently
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- A keen interest in progressing their career within project management
- Willingness to work inoffice initially with increased site responsibility over time
- 12 years experience in a construction fitout or officebased project support role
- A relevant degree in Construction Management Project Management Engineering or similar
