LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR
Location: Hampton TW12
Salary: OTE 50k
Position: Permanent Full Time
Our client is an established dynamic independent Residential Estate Agency with offices in the Hampton area and they are looking for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their busy and expanding team.
We are looking for a candidate with energy ambition the right attitude and ability and a real desire to make a success of the role.
The ideal candidates will have had some previous experience in residential lettings negotiation although previous experience in retail sales or an industry with recognisable transferable skills would also be considered.
You will be the kind of person who thrives in a fast paced target driven environment. You will have outstanding customer service skills and have a real passion for the property industry.
Skills: The skills required for this Lettings Negotiator role will include:
- Experience in residential Estate Agency
- Previous experience as Lettings Negotiator
- Excellent sales ability
- High level of customer service skills
- Good telephone manner and positive attitude
- Well presented ambitious and selfmotivated
- Knowledge of Hampton and the surrounding area helpful
- Full Driving License essential and own car essential
- Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
