Job Description
We are looking for a customerfocused and detailoriented individual to join our customer service team on a parttime basis. The role involves handling customer inquiries processing orders and ensuring a seamless customer experience for our electronics and website sales business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Assist with order processing and troubleshooting customer issues.
- Provide product information and support.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolutions.
Qualifications:
- Prior customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle customer interactions efficiently.
- Familiarity with electronics or ecommerce is a plus.
- Proficient in email and phone communication.
Salary: $35/hour
