Job Description

Do you love working with new technologies and innovative products We are seeking energetic individuals to join our unique and fastpaced Internet Sales Team. This is a great opportunity to grow your career in retail automotive and familiarize yourself with the entire dealership experience.

In this role you will be the link between the buyer and their future vehicle. You will assist the customer with questions regarding the company perspective vehicles and their ability to purchase. You will learn about all of the newest vehicles and technologies on the market. We have an inhouse training team dedicated to your success; offering online and instore training programs with our manufacturers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Respond quickly to internet phone and live chat inquiries using email scripts and templates.
  • Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources.
  • Present initial financing options based on customer needs.
  • Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or noshow.
  • Participate in team and process development sessions keeping positive relationships with teammates sales teams and dealership management.
  • Utilize CRM tracking system daily.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 23 years automotive Internet Sales experience preferred
  • Previous Internet Sales or Customer Service experience (any industry) preferred
  • Able to achieve goals with limited direct supervision
  • Able to multitask
  • Excellent client customer service and satisfaction skills
  • Excellent communication customer service and problem solving skills including the ability to maintain composure under stress
  • Must be Internet savvy with excellent written and internet communication skills
  • Excellent telephone and customer service skills including the ability to smile.
  • Must be able to develop relationships with vendors.
  • Must be able to work well in a process driven environment.
  • Must conduct oneself in a professional manner at all times.
  • Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve
  • Prompt and courteous demeanor
  • Positive and hardworking personality
  • Strong computer skills
  • Valid drivers license
