About the role and team
As Lead Developer youll join a dedicated chapter responsible for developing and maintaining webshop solutions for private customers across the Nordics. Our applications primarily built on the .NET platform require ongoing innovation and careful maintenance. Youll be actively involved in the full software development lifecyclefrom analysis and design to deployment and ongoing supportin a team committed to continuous delivery and shared accountability.

What youll do:
Development and Architecture:
Design and implement robust and scalable software solutions.
Ensure highquality maintainable code and stay updated on relevant technologies.
Advocate for quality assurance practices automated testing and continuous delivery.
Technical Leadership:
Guide and mentor a skilled team of developers.
Collaborate closely with product managers and stakeholders to transform business needs into technical solutions.
Team Collaboration:
Foster a collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement.
Support team members professional growth through mentoring.
Conduct regular code reviews to maintain high standards and best practices.
Who are you
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or related fields.
At least 5 years of relevant experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Developer.
Strong proficiency in C# .NET and Azure cloud platforms.
Handson experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps).
Proficiency in database design and SQL.
Experience with frontend development (React).
Strong analytical problemsolving and communication skills.
Experience from ecommerce and digital sales in B2C
Fluent in Swedish and English
