JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Position to complete research manuscripts and train lab members in TBI experiments and neural imaging.

PhD in Biomedical Engineering required including expertise in microfluidics microfabrication microscopy 2D fluorescence brightfield 3D confocal diSPIM light sheet) lab automation electronics/microcontrollers programming (MATLAB ImageJ MicroManager Arduino) image processing data analysis statistics C. elegans culture general wetlab skills research writing and data visualization. Responsible for completing manuscripts and training students in the above areas.
