About the Role

As a Client Service Administrator you will handle client interactions in the Client Services Centre managing calls queries and documentation. Your role is key in delivering outstanding client service while maintaining accuracy and professionalism in all administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound client calls ensuring all queries are resolved promptly.
  • Maintain and update client information on internal systems.
  • Facilitate and process client documentation with precision.
  • Assist walkin clients by providing accurate information and guidance.
  • Participate in outbound campaigns and roadshows to support client engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) principles.

Requirements

  • Grade 12 qualification.
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese. Any additional languages are advantageous.
  • Contact Centre Experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Word Excel and email platforms.
  • Basic computer literacy.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach.
  • Excellent communication and numerical abilities.
