Position: Customer Service Representative
Description: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role you will be the first point of contact for our customers providing topnotch service that helps to resolve inquiries manage complaints and guide customers through our products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
- Provide accurate information regarding services and products.
- Process orders forms applications and requests.
- Document customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Follow up on customer interactions to ensure satisfaction and resolution.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive customer support.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to think critically.
- Proficient in using computer applications and customer service software.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
