Job Description
What youd be doing in this role:
As Canva scales change continues to be part of our DNA. But we like to think thats all part of the fun. So this will give you the flavour of the type of things youll be working on when you start but this will likely evolve.
At the moment this role is focused on:
Leading the data strategy and for the Admin Experience group
Driving critical initiatives such as flexible group permissions content ownership transfers and advanced data models
Building scalable data models and pipelines that support enterprisegrade features
Collaborating across teams to influence product direction with datadriven insights
Ensuring robust governance to maintain data integrity and compliance
Mentoring a highperforming team of data scientists and growing Canvas data culture
Partnering closely with Growth Sales and Marketing to measure the success of enterprise initiatives

We are the Admin Experience group within the Teams & Education supergroup. Our mission is to empower businesses and educational institutions by delivering robust administrative tools and actionable insights. From seamless user management and reporting to data security and compliance our work enables large organisations to get the most from Canva. Were at the heart of Canvas enterprise ambitions building scalable reliable solutions that help make design accessible to everyone everywhere.
