Qualtrics is seeking an energetic selfmotivated individual to join our team as a strategic HR Business Partner. Ideally you will have a Bachelors degree and 10 years of professional experience in Human Resources as well as a thorough understanding of employment law within the US. How Youll Grow
- Build strong focus on employee relations performance management engagement and retention activities including an understanding of compensation and benefits
- Support line managers by driving a performance culture through coaching facilitating talent assessments and succession planning meetings
- Partner with and advise leadership on peoplerelated strategy and decisions including organizational design planning and compensation
- Become a subject matter expert in HR practices for Qualtrics regional leaders and country managers
- Hone your strategic thinking and problem solving abilities by contributing to highlevel business decisions and initiatives that will have local and global impact
Things Youll Do
- Administer current benefits strategy; Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations in all locations in which Qualtrics operates
- Solve all problems related to people and culture. Implement solutions throughout the company with various levels of complexity
- Own employee life cycle surveys (new hire development 360 engagement exit etc) and drive amazing organizational results
- Lead and support organizational change initiatives always ensuring a smooth transition and change experience for employees
- Drive talent management initiatives including performance management succession planning and talent development to ensure a highperforming workforce
What Were Looking for on Your Resume
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
- 10 years of experience in Human Resources as a Business Partner Manager or related in a fastpaced environment
- Experience partnering across multiple business functions and stakeholders
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities and experience with a focus on the employee experience
- High level of business acumen and ability to navigate complex corporate organizations
- Adaptable team player with a track record building and maintaining effective professional relationships
- Good communication and project management skills
