Work Schedule: Hybrid
Key Requirements:
- 2 years of employment litigation experience on the defense side
- Prior Am Law100 experience
- Graduate from a Top 30 law school preferred
- Collaborative and teamoriented approach
- Excellent writing research and communication skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment

About the Position:
You will manage various complex commercial matters from inception to resolution including depositions court appearances settlement negotiations trials and appeals. We work as a unified team often collaborating on strategy and litigation matters.
