Full Cycle Recruitment: - Process hourly team members

Office Management Responsibilities: - Office Management Responsibilities
- Direct office activities and functions to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Winteam Management: - Import new hires into the system and assign Team Member IDs.
- Enter termination notices and pay rate change Personnel Change Notices (PCNs).
File Management: - Audit regional files and keep I9 files current for both active and inactive team members.
- Manage files for terminated team members.
Payroll Assistance: - Assist the Regional Manager and Account Manager in approving hours in the eHub database for regional team members.
- Enter pay rate changes address changes and W4 changes in the system. (Note: Payroll processing is handled by the corporate office in St. Louis MO; your role involves data entry only.
Miscellaneous Tasks: - Complete unemployment claims using Equifax Casebuilder.
- Track the number of drug tests and place orders as needed.
- Monitor team member shirt inventory and order replacements as required.
Reporting Duties: - Update the Regional Goal Tracker and distribute it weekly.
- Run the paycheck warning report biweekly to identify any necessary terminations.
- Complete the ACA Eligibility report weekly and send it to HR.
Tracking:** - Track work tickets in eHub manage work orders in Corrigo and oversee facial recognition systems.
- Manage referral bonuses from applications.
