Job Overview

The HR Executive role at Webbitech is a juniorlevel position based in Coimbatore requiring 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will support HR operations focusing on recruitment employee relations and compliance. This role is integral to ensuring a harmonious work environment and aligning our HR strategies with business objectives.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in recruitment demonstrating the ability to attract and hire the best talent. (Mandatory skill)
  • Skilled in maintaining positive employee relations and addressing concerns effectively. (Mandatory skill)
  • Thorough understanding of HR compliance to ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to. (Mandatory skill)
  • Experience in performance management techniques to evaluate and improve employee performance.
  • Ability to plan and conduct training and development programs to boost employee skills.
  • Knowledge of compensation and benefits administration to ensure competitive and fair practices.
  • Proficiency in using Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) for data management and reporting.
  • Strong conflict resolution skills to address and mediate employee disputes and grievances effectively.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handle the endtoend recruitment process from drafting job descriptions to onboarding successful candidates.
  • Foster a positive work environment by facilitating open communication and resolving employee disputes.
  • Ensure compliance with local and national employment laws and regulations.
  • Implement performance management systems to evaluate employee performance and suggest improvements.
  • Organize and manage training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
  • Administer the benefits and compensation programs ensuring market competitiveness.
  • Utilize HRIS for maintaining records and generating necessary reports.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align HR practices with organizational goals.
