The HR Executive role at Webbitech is a juniorlevel position based in Coimbatore requiring 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will support HR operations focusing on recruitment employee relations and compliance. This role is integral to ensuring a harmonious work environment and aligning our HR strategies with business objectives.

- Proficiency in using Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) for data management and reporting.
- Strong conflict resolution skills to address and mediate employee disputes and grievances effectively.
