Job Description
What Were Looking For:
Were on the lookout for a motivated highenergy resultsdriven Director of Quality. The Director of Quality will lead and oversee all quality assurance and control functions at the company ensuring that products meet the highest standards of durability reliability and compliance. This role requires expertise in quality management systems process improvement and regulatory compliance within a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in quality assurance for plastic molding processes and industrial manufacturing.
This position demands a strategic and handson leader who can build and scale quality processes while driving a culture of continuous improvement. The Director of Quality will collaborate across teams to integrate bestinclass quality practices into companys manufacturing operations.

A Day In The Life
- Develop and implement a comprehensive quality assurance strategy aligned with companys business and manufacturing goals.
- Establish and maintain quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry regulations and customer expectations.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality reduce defects and optimize manufacturing efficiency.
- Collaborate with engineering production and supply chain teams to integrate quality processes throughout product development and manufacturing.
- Conduct root cause analysis and corrective action processes to address quality issues.
- Oversee internal and external audits ensuring adherence to industry certifications and best practices.
- Implement and manage supplier quality programs to maintain high standards in raw materials and components.
- Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and drive quality improvements.
- Train and mentor the quality assurance team fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
Skills Youll Need To Have:
- Bachelors degree in Quality Management Engineering Manufacturing or a related field (Masters preferred).
- 10 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control preferably in a manufacturing or highgrowth environment.
- Must have ISO9001 certification experience in addition to managing an ISO9001 program.
- Must have multisite management experience.
- Must have manufacturing experience.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001 Six Sigma Lean Manufacturing).
- Experience in quality assurance for vacuum rotational and injection molding processes.
- Expertise in root cause analysis statistical process control (SPC) and failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA).
- Excellent problemsolving leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced detailoriented manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in quality management software and ERP systems.
- Preferred: Automotive/Aerospace exp.
