Were looking for an experienced Software Development Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Senior Manager Software Development Engineering youll be responsible for
- Managing and coaching a highperformance and diverse engineering team
- Collaborating with crossfunctional teams for design and implementation
- Reviewing and guiding the team on scalable and highly secure architecture and design
- Monitoring and assessing the development roadmap to recommend initiatives to improve performance
What Were Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- 8 years of programming expertise on C C and high level languages like Rust with at least 2 Years of experience managing a team
- Experience in endpoint side networking like VPN clients
- Experience in developing REST API services and/ or Proxy development
- Solid understanding of networking and network topologies including TCP/IP HTTP UDP TLS PKI
- Strong in fundamentals eventbased programming Multithreading Memory optimization and Fault Tolerance
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Prior experience leading teams in the APM NPM or Digital Experience Monitoring space
- Strong understanding of network security technologies
- Experience with Applying AI/ML aspects to Observability
