Sioufas & Associates Law Firm is a leading company in the Legal sector specializing in providing legal services/products.

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to oversee and manage all company communications and processes related to our Legal Services and OutofCourt Settlement departments.

This is a crucial role that bridges the gap between customer needs and internal departments ensuring that the companys services are effectively delivered timely and in compliance with regulations.

We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Business Analyst to manage and analyze all incoming and outgoing activities between the company and its clients focusing on the Legal Services and OutofCourt Settlement divisions.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of our legal processes ensuring smooth communication and identifying opportunities for operational improvement.

  • Oversee and coordinate all business operations related to customer communications in the areas of Legal Services and OutofCourt Settlement.
  • Act as the liaison between internal teams ensuring the timely exchange of information and updates.
  • Analyze and document business requirements and processes identifying opportunities for optimization and costsaving measures.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including Legal Operations and Customer Service to ensure alignment in project goals and service delivery.
  • Supervise the activities (txt files) concerning the actions that need to be sent to the clients.
  • Communicate with the Business Units so as to prepare the mapping of CRM and Legal actions.
  • Monitor the progress of ongoing cases and settlements ensuring compliance with company policies client expectations and legal standards.
  • Develop and implement business analysis reports to assess the effectiveness of customer communications and process workflows.
  • Provide recommendations for improvements and implement best practices to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Cooperate with IT Department in case of requests that require IT involvement using relevant process and Jira software.
  • Support the development and delivery of training to internal teams on new processes or systems as required.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in technology legal services regulations and outofcourt settlement practices to ensure the company remains competitive and compliant.


Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Statistics Information Technology Business Administration or a related field (Masters degree is a plus).
  • Proven experience 3 years) as a Business Analyst preferably in legal/banking/insurance services dispute resolution or a similar domain.
  • Exceptional analytical problemsolving and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and clients.
  • Excellent knowledge of business tools (e.g. Microsoft Officeexcel/word python / java script /or other relevant power BI)
  • Ability to work under pressure manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously.

Desired Skills

  • Experience with process improvement methodologies and Project Management
  • Fluency in English.
  • Knowledge of SQL would be considered as an asset.
  • Understanding of legal processes including outofcourt settlements and familiarity with relevant regulations would be appreciated.
