Analyze and prepare documentation financial statements and reports control accounts for the housing department prepare standard journal authority funds prepare standard journal entries reconcile daily bank deposits and statements enter and record daily tenant payments code all invoices for accounts payable entry and process daily check runs process payments balance utility expenses balance section 8 mid month and monthly payments perform accounting financial and administrative tasks as given assist the controller with day to day operations
