Job Description
As a Plant Digital Lead you will support the implementation of the digital tools within the plant such as Smart Factory Data Analytics and Reporting Artificial Intelligence Automation Digital Twin End to End Connectivity and Augmented Reality. You will drive alignment across all functions to manage the digital installations. Based in our Muncy PA manufacturing facility take your career further with a company who cares about your success. As a member of our Manufacturing Reliability Department you will collaborate with other IT team members Engineers and Continuous Improvement Leaders to deliver on action plans and contribute towards the site digital roadmap.

A Taste of What Youll Be Doing
- Supporting Manufacturing Fostering the effective implementation use training and adoption of the digital systems Smart Factory and PI on the operating floor including identifying opportunities for the site to further leverage these systems to eliminate losses and drive savings.
- Creating Documentation Develop as needed new OSI PI tags as needed for PI Vision digitalization. Manage digital skills matrix and document control standard program.
- Developing Capabilities Support AM COE team to Use Smart factory systems to Digitalize AM Centerlines as part of Autonomous Maintenance (AM) journey progression.
- Project Management Optimize digitalization data and displays as well as Historian tag creation/troubleshooting to lead continuous improvement project for OEE improvement at the facility.
Were Looking for Someone With
- High School Diploma with substantial working experience in a related technical field such as Operations Engineering or IT and or a technical degree with experience in PI Process Book and PI vision.
- Thorough understanding of manufacturing with proven knowledge and experience in KWS methodologies.
- Strong working knowledge of one or more digital systems and tools Smart Factory PI SQL databases
- Internal OT Network Experience is a plus.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to successfullymanage internal and external relationships.
- Ability to manage multiple and conflicting priorities.
- Accountability Being a selfstarter and delivering results.
