Job Description
As our Energy and Utilities business continues to grow we are in need for an experienced People & Culture Business Partner to join our team based in Brisbane. This role will be predominately based at Teneriffe with travel to our Milton and Mango Hill offices to support the broader team as required.
Our teams value flexible working and allow the opportunity to split your week between WFH and 3 days in an office location!
ABOUT YOU
You are an established People & Culture Business Partner who thrives under pressure is focused on achieving results in innovative dynamic fastpaced organisation using strong communication analytical and project management skills.
- Tertiary qualifications related to Human Resources and/or Industrial Relations are desirable.
- Experience in org design and mobilsation of new projects to drive success and transformation.
- Demonstrate experience managing all related HR Activities including end to end support to a diverse portfolio of operational business units in a project environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to translate HR objectives into daytoday operational deliverables.
- Proficiency in providing general HR and IR advice support and guidance in utilising your working knowledge of relevant legislation.
- Previous experience in the utilities sector or bluecollar industry/union representation is desirable.
- Support managers with the interpretation of and adherence to policies and procedures and interpretation of employment legislation.
