Job Description
Role: Waterproofer
Summary: Implementing measures to prevent water from entering through walls floors roofs and other vulnerable areas of a commercial building. By applying membranes coatings and sealants using specialized techniques like torchapplied selfadhesive or liquidapplied methods.

Daily responsibilities:
Installation of Hot Rubber Torch on Membrane Urethan Coating Systems and Blindside Waterproofing Systems
Have a strong understanding of waterproofing systems above and below grade
Experience with application methods including torch applied hot applied (hot rubber) as well as a good understanding of commercial roofing installation
$32 $46 an hour
