DescriptionResponsibilities:
- To achieve the sales receivables gross margin targets and gaining market share through new businesses/acquisition of customers
- To identify and screen opportunities define the opportunity propose and agree on partnerships plan the project implement and track the project demonstrate value addition and close the project resolve customer complaints
- To monitor competitors activities and develop a suitable competitive strategy
- Regular interaction with various functions to ensure effective cross functional coordination to support achievement of companys target.
- The position is expected to have a strong customer focus and continuously emphasise in building robust customer relationship through regular customer interaction and rapport at various levels at the customers end and delivery of differential customer services.
- Problem Solving Skills: Will be customer facing and will utilize problem solving skills to resolve complex customer problems on a regular basis Should be willing to travel on short notices
Profile/Competencies:
Education background level of experience:
- 6 10 Years of Experience in Ferrous/NonFerrous Foundry production specialized in melting in coreless induction furnace
- Experience in sales and marketing of refractories
Preferred:
Preferably Degree in Engineering (Metallurgy/Foundry Technology)
