**This position is fully onsite at ESAero in San Luis Obispo CA**
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Proposal Review
Inventory adjustments and transfers and billing
Invoicing capitalized labor
Cost accounting to include manufacturing costing and job costing
Monthly journal entries
Reconciliations of item fulfilments/inventory/endof project material transfers
Liaise with operations and project management functions for accurate tracking of inventory and assist with periodic physical inventory counts.
Ensure accurate reporting of inventory balances on the general ledger and the trial balance
Support PMs/PAs/Project Accountant
Logistics support
Project Setups
Required Qualifications and Skills:
2 Years Accounting Experience in Manufacturing Environment
Experience with ERP
BS in Accounting or Finance required
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite with strong Excel skills
Extreme attention to detail
Understanding of business accounting principles as well as basic auditing principlesin relation to inventory balances
Understanding of basic contracting principles (government and commercial)
Familiarity with DCAA compliance a plus
