Youth Clinician

Riverside is seeking a passionate Youth Clinician to join ourCommunity Behavioral Health Center(CBHC) team in Milford! This is a unique opportunity to join a growing team of dedicated behavioral health professionals!
We are looking for a candidate that meets the following requirements:
- Masters Degree in Social Work or Counseling
- Three years of experience specific to the clinicians training and expertise required
- CANS Certified
- Must meet all requirements to maintain an active professional license in the individuals professional discipline including but not limited to continuing education ethical requirements etc.
- Will demonstrate competencies in all required evidenced based practices as determined by CBHC
In this vital role the Youth Clinician will:
- provide direct clinical assessment and clinical intervention for consumers of the program through age 25
- facilitate an integrated team approach in the consumers care plan with inclusion of CBHC services provided by Youth Peer Specialist Family Partner nursing and psychiatry
- will develop individual treatment plan for psychotherapy needs as well as a service plan which coordinates and integrates all the components of the CBHC team members in collaboration with the consumer and relevant family/guardians
Pay: Based on experience and chosen Productivity Level
- Unlicensed Clinician $68958.50 $74263/salaried
- Independent Licensure $72141.20 $77445.70/salaried
- Language differential available for Spanish speaking!
Schedule: FullTime 40 hours with hybrid opportunities
- Preference for Sunday through Thursday shift pattern (would consider Tuesday through Saturday as well)
- Flexibility to accommodate a 4day work week with the agreeance to work Sundays!
- $12 weekend shift differential available!
