We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Workday Analyst with expertise in Core HCM plus to join our HR Technology team. In this role you will play a pivotal part in optimizing and enhancing our Workday system to support the organizations talent strategies. While Workday is our primary HRIS platform the team also designs and develops complementary solutions within ServiceNow ensuring seamless integration and a comprehensive HR technology ecosystem. You understand Workdays capabilities and limitations and are confident in recommending alternatives when neededwhether through other vendor solutions or fullstack development options. The ideal candidate brings a strong technical background a deep understanding of talent processes and a passion for delivering innovative HR solutions.

What Youll Do

Workday Configuration & Development

  • Design configure and implement solutions within Workday and the HR Legal technical ecosystem.
  • Provide Workday subject matter functional expertise for daytoday support and development including business process configuration testing and other troubleshooting support primarily in Payroll Time and Absence Core HCM modules.
  • Develop and maintain calculated fields business processes condition rules and advanced reports to support HR initiatives.
  • Partner with HR teams to analyze business needs and translate them into technical requirements and solutions within the Workday ecosystem.
  • Optimize business processes by enhancing workflows automating manual tasks and providing actionable insights through data reporting and analytics.
  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to support organizational goals such as leadership development skills tracking and career planning.

System Support & Enhancements

  • Monitor system performance resolve issues and implement regular updates and enhancements.
  • Ensure system compliance with security and data privacy requirements.
  • Participate in Workday releases assessing new features and recommending adoption strategies for Talent Management modules.

Collaboration & Training

  • Work closely with HR IT and crossfunctional teams to deliver seamless integrations with other enterprise systems.
  • Provide enduser training support and documentation to ensure adoption and efficient use of Workday Talent Management tools.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for Workday Core HCM functionality.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Human Resources or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience hands on or certified with Workday Core HCM Time & Absence Benefits Performance Learning Payroll
  • Strong technical expertise in Workday configuration including business processes calculated fields and reporting.
  • Proven ability to gather requirements analyze business processes and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and best practices in talent acquisition performance and career development.
  • Experience in Agile development environments ServiceNow Jira
