How Youll Make an Impact
Improve metal fabrication processes to drive standardization and enhance safety quality and productivity.
Document and manage equipment lists for technologies used in manufacturing DTR Oil Tanks and Power Transformers.
Create update and maintain global production and equipment standards for tank fabrication and painting lines.
Support process improvements equipment purchases upgrades and relocations.
Optimize welding operations to maximize asset utilization while meeting quality standards and customer requirements.
Develop partnerships with global suppliers for tanks and enclosures.
Incorporate lessons learned from quality cases into global standards to reduce costs of poor quality (COPQ).
Drive innovation in production including automation and digitalization.
Your Background
Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in operations.
Fluent in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills.
International experience working in different countries and cultures.
Required welding certifications.
