Job Description
Our client an expanding healthcare organization is looking for an experienced AR Billing Supervisor to oversee and support the billing team in their daily functions. This role involves direct interaction with billing staff providing training guidance and problemsolving to ensure smooth and accurate accounts receivable operations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide daily supervision and support to billing team members.
- Train new billers and enhance skills of existing staff.
- Act as the point of contact for billingrelated questions and support needs.
- Monitor billing processes to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Collaborate with the AR Manager to implement best practices and optimize workflows.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a healthcare AR billing role with supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of billing processes and healthcare regulations.
- Excellent communication and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to train and mentor team members effectively.
Location: Lakewood NJ
Salary: $100k
