Essential Responsibilities:
At least 11 years of hands on experience in Systems/Software development and verification.
Strong understanding of SDLC; Agile mythologies in general and expertise in the following.
Software Development using C/C Python
Verification and DO178B and C
Strong understanding of Configuration Management and Change Control Process.
Experience in Low level SW modules like BOOT BSPData Loader.. and protocols like AFDX I2C would be added advantage
Working knowledge of conventional code development
Working Knowledge of following tools/processes
DOORsJIRA or similar requirements management tool
Clearquest PREP/similar tool and review process
Configuration management and source code control tools and process
Automated testing and writing test scripts
Hands on experience/ability in handling multiple teams and projects. Should be able to guide
and mentor the team technically.
Strong Project Management skills
Ability to work and meet stringent project deadlines.

Technically responsible and contributes to at least one activity in a program/project.
Self directed and provides guidance to team members.
Significant domain knowledge of products and systems in assigned area.
Plan analyze design test and document software/systems of high complexity and contribute
to system integration Understand utilize and improve internal processes and tools for the
development of software.
Decisions may have significant impact on cost schedule and technical performance.
Act as a mentor to more junior engineers in additional areas including project planning and
. Generate engineering estimates on complex software designs.
Estimate track and report project costs and schedules. May lead crossfunctional/domain
teams in a Project Engineering role.
