Hiring for QMS / MR/ TPM Manager

Experience:Min7 Years inExperience in operating the qualitymanagementsystem & IntegratedManagementSystem (EMS & OHSAS) TPM KaizenWriting procedures and processes to support the QMS development internal auditing and QMS documentation.

Salary budget:up to 5.00 LPA

KeyResponsibilities:

Preparation and maintenance of the company for IMS (ISO 9001:2015 OHSAS 18001:2007 & ISO 4001:2015 new version of ISO4500:2017 Certification.

Check the effectiveness of the Integrated Management System and the implementation of the policies and procedures in the IMS to attain company objectives.

Check the effectiveness of the Integrated Management System and the implementation of existing policies and procedures necessary for the attainment of company objectives.

ToincreaseawarenessaboutTPMthroughouttheorganization.

PlanandexecuteTPMtrainingprogrammes.

Toorganizethe Bestkaizen&suggestionAwardona monthlybasis

ToconductTechnicalcentertraining

Tocoordinateinternal&externalkaizencompetitions

ToSustainTPMculturethroughsystematicemployeeinvolvement

Toimplementthe suggestionkaizenpolicyeffectively&keepa recordofa numberof kaizens/employee/Month.

Tofacilitatethe formationofsmallSGIAinconsultationwiththe departmenthead.

ToorganizeSGIApresentations.

TokeepupdatedTPMGallery&Kaizengalleryonmonthlybasis.

Topromoteandsustain1S2S&TPMcirclesthroughouttheorganization.

TocarryoutQMpillaractivitiestoeliminatedefects.
