Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and compassionate new graduate or pending grad Registered Nurses to join our dynamic nursing team. As a new grad RN at Atrium Health Navicent you will have the opportunity to develop your clinical skills and gain valuable experience in a variety of settings. Our comprehensive orientation program and ongoing mentorship will support your transition from the academic environment to professional nursing practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide highquality patient care in accordance with established standards and protocols.
- Perform patient assessments administer medications and assist with diagnostic tests.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions and care plans.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited program.
- Currently enrolled in an accredited Nursing program and in the process of passing the NCLEX with the intent to obtain an active Georgia Board of Nursing License.
