Digital Marketing Specialist

My client is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist with extensive experience in digital advertising lead generation and customer acquisition. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning executing and optimizing performancebased marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms. This role requires a strong analytical mindset a deep understanding of paid media strategies and the ability to drive measurable results through datadriven insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Identify and evaluate emerging media trends insights and technologies to enhance paid media campaigns.
- Plan manage and optimize paid campaigns across various digital platforms (Google Ads Facebook Ads etc..
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicatorsto improve campaign effectiveness.
- Implement A/B testing on creatives and landing pages to optimize conversion rates.
- Provide actionable insights from campaign performance data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Set manage and optimize budgets to maximize ROI and acquisition costs.
- Collaborate with design and marketing teams to create compelling ad content and landing pages.
- Generate detailed performance reports and present findings to stakeholders.
- Continuously research industry trends and best practices to stay ahead in digital marketing.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Education: Relevant tertiary qualification in marketing communications or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in digital or performance marketing with a strong track record in managing paid media campaigns.
- Paid Media Expertise: Proficient in Google Ads Facebook Ads Manager and analytics platforms (Google Analytics Meta Business Suite etc..
- Campaign Analysis: Strong ability to interpret and act on social media and campaign performance data.
- Budget Management: Experience in setting monitoring and optimizing campaign budgets to achieve ROI targets.
- A/B Testing & CRO: Experience with conversion rate optimization through testing creatives copy and landing pages.
- SEO & SEM Knowledge: Understanding of search engine marketing and keyword strategies.
- Audience Targeting: Experience in analyzing consumer behavior and optimizing ads for different target markets.
