Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design development and implementation of complex data integration solutions using Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC).
- Develop document unit test and maintain highquality ETL applications that meet customer expectations and adhere to best practices.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members through code reviews mentoring and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate closely with project managers data analysts and business stakeholders to understand requirements define technical solutions and ensure successful project delivery.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle including requirements gathering design development testing deployment and maintenance.
- Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the data pipeline by implementing appropriate data validation and cleansing mechanisms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex data integration issues ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to business operations.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data integration technologies and best practices.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our data integration processes and methodologies.
Required Skills
- 8 years of experience in IT with a focus on Data Management.
- 1 year of experience as a Lead handling both technical and nontechnical activities.
- 4 years of experience with Informatica products.
- 2 years of handson experience with Informatica IDMC.
- Must have implemented at least one full lifecycle IDMC projects.
- Handson experience with Informatica CDI.
- Must have led large projects involving large teams.
- Experience integrating external business applications with Informatica IDMC using batch processes API calls and message queues.
- Indepth knowledge of at least one relational databases (e.g. Oracle SQL Server MySQL).
- Experience with data warehousing concepts and methodologies (e.g. Kimball Inmon).
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex data integration challenges.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills capable of effectively collaborating with crossfunctional teams.
- Experience with Agile methodologies in a fastpaced iterative environment.

- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure GCP) and cloudbased data integration tools.
- Knowledge of data quality tools and techniques.
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g. Python Shell).
