Job Description

Job Summary:
ESB is planning to train and develop HVAC controls service engineers. This position includes programming service and installation.


Development Commitment:
Company paid factory and onthejob training.
Candidates must be selfmotivated to develop skills on their own through OEM technical literature and online classes.
Experience in handson troubleshooting and mechanical/electrical aptitude a plus.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Program and Validate Complex DDC Systems: Develop test and ensure the proper functioning of Direct
Digital Control (DDC) systems to meet project specifications and performance standards.
Respond to Controls Service Calls: Address and resolve service calls related to control systems as required
or dispatched with travel throughout Western New York (WNY) as necessary.
Diagnose and Repair Electronic Control System Malfunctions: Utilize extensive knowledge of various
electronic and digital control systems to identify issues perform tests and implement necessary
modifications to restore functionality.
Support Estimation and Project Coordination: Assist in the estimation of service work and contribute to
the planning and coordination of projects to ensure timely and efficient completion.
Client and Staff Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with clients and internal
staff to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns or requirements.
Adhere to Corporate Policies: Follow company policies regarding safety work ethics and time
management to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
Project Planning: Proactively plan and organize project tasks to maximize productivity and efficiency on
the job site.


Required:
Successful completion of a DMV and background check (company vehicle and gas card provided).
Passing a drug screening.
OSHA 10 certification.
Experience in HVAC electrical and/or plumbing is highly desirable.

Compensation Range: $30.00/hour or higher depending on experience
