About the Role:
Sprinto is on the lookout for a passionate selfmotivated and dataobsessed people process champion to play a critical role in accelerating the next leg of Sprintos growth from a people function standpoint. If you are a data and analytics wizard enjoy setting processes from scratch and are looking to grow in the people function heres an opportunity for you to lead the Analytics and Global Employee Lifecycle Management charter for the worlds leading information security compliance automation company! With a focus on scalability and efficiency this role will play a crucial part in enhancing the functions of people operationsand enabling datadriven decisionmaking.

Key responsibilities :

    • Employee Lifecycle Management: Manage assigned employee lifecycle touchpoints across India and US using a remotefirst approach.
    • People Analytics: Maintain people metrics and dashboards and all relevant data repositories and analyse trends to translate data into realtime insights for stakeholders.
    • Process Optimisation and Compliance: Audit and enhance existing people processes for efficiency at scale and ensure adherence to labour laws at all touchpoints and proactive research for mitigation of any potential legal or compliance risk.

What were looking for :

    • 3 years experience in HR analytics preferably experience of setting up HR analytics from scratch.
    • Strong exposure to HRIS Google Suite and data visualisation tools
    • Selfdriven and highly organised with strong problemsolving and collaboration skills.
    • Comfortable working in a remotefirst environment with excellent asynchronous communication skills.
