Job Description

Our Industrial Refrigeration (IREF) division delivers project solutions maintenance & service solutions that support our customers manufacturing cold storage and R&D testing requirements. We are the OEM for SABROE Frick Compressors & York products with trained engineers located nationally providing project solutions along with planned preventative & reactive works to our target markets being meat poultry food manufacturing beverage cold storage general manufacturing leisure pharmaceutical & automotive.

We are looking for a Service Coordinator with strong organisational skills to take ownership for coordinating our service support teams ensuring that our customers maintenance and repairs are met with great customer service and a timely response. This role is office based in Walsall UK.

How you will do it:

  • Overall Engineer scheduling

  • Engineers Utilisation (Time & Attendance)

  • Engineer Planner Management

  • Engineer Timesheet Processing

  • Raising Jobs Maintenance Quoted & Reactive

  • Parts Ordering

  • Communicating with Customers (Verbally and in Writing)

  • Obtaining Customer Pos Accounts Receivable / Payable Management

  • Maintaining Customer KPIs

  • Customer Invoicing Quotations / Estimates (Driven from Engineer Timesheets)

  • WIP Management

  • Maintaining Engineer Training Matrix

  • EHS Management

  • FGAS Legislation Compliance

What we look for essential:

  • Strong organisational skills

  • Focus on customer engagement & management

  • Ability to prioritise workload

  • Capable of working without documented procedures and with limited supervision.

  • A committed can do positive attitude with the ability to integrate and work as a member of a team

  • A willingness / ability to adapt and learn in an everchanging environment
