Job Description
**Part Time Openings All Shifts**
Pick your own hours
8 or 4 hour shifts in a 24/7 operation
Serigraph is looking for parttime workers in our Specialty Headquarters Fulfillment Center on HWY 33 (Washington St) in West Bend WI.
Join our Fulfillment team sorting and packaging printed products for our Specialty Division. This fastpaced standing position requires the ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Hours worked are selected from your computer using a scheduling tool.
$15 per hour starting
Work a minimum of 12 hours a month
Work no more than 28 hours a week
Must be at least 16 years of age to apply
401K eligible after working 1000 hours
Raises after working every 1000 hours
Flex Fulfillment Responsibilities
- Perform finishing functions such as counting pick ticket quantities pop out parts from cut sheets hand apply bag kit pack box shrink wrap operate material handling equipment and move product.
- Ensure accuracy of Kit Pack counting and packing. Prepare kits for the First Piece Approval.
- Properly record all necessary information on labor reporting system i.e. QA forms job ticket and move tags.
- Facilitate the flow on line to ensure efficient and quality processing of work orders.
- Inspect product for printing die cutting laminating or any other defects affecting the quality of the product.
- Make accurate labels for packaging.
What we are looking for in a Flex Fulfilment Person
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient troubleshooting and problemsolving abilities.
- Capable of standing for the majority of the shift.
- Basic math skills.
- Familiar with departmental and company safety housekeeping and PPE practices.
$15 $15 an hour
