Job Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior MultiDisciplinary Designer (MDD) with a strong emphasis on package design to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a creative visionary with at least 10 years of experience capable of developing compelling visual solutions that align with brand strategy and business goals. As a pivotal member of our creative department you will work across multiple design disciplines with a primary focus on packaging design ensuring our products stand out in a competitive marketplace. You will also contribute to UI/UX branding digital design and marketing collateral bringing a cohesive and innovative approach to all visual elements. Role and Responsibilities
- Packaging Design: Lead the design and development of innovative eyecatching packaging that enhances brand identity and product appeal.
- Visual Design: Create visually compelling and functional designs across multiple platforms including packaging websites apps marketing materials and ecommerce.
- New Product Development & Prototyping: Develop prototypes and mockups to communicate design ideas and bring new products to life in collaboration with product designers.
- UI/UX Design: Design and develop intuitive user experiences for digital platforms including websites and applications.
- Graphic Design: Craft engaging and onbrand graphics for social media digital advertising and print materials.
- Project Management: Oversee multiple design projects ensuring timely delivery and highquality .
- Branding & Consistency: Assist in maintaining and evolving brand guidelines ensuring consistency across all visual touchpoints.
- Collaboration: Partner with designers marketers developers and product managers to create cohesive and effective design solutions.
- Innovation & Trend Awareness: Stay ahead of industry trends and bring fresh creative perspectives to the team.
Skills and Proficiencies
- 10 years of experience in design with a strong focus on packaging and multidisciplinary design.
- Expertise in packaging design principles including layout typography and color theory.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign).
- Strong ability to develop prototypes and mockups to visualize concepts.
- Experience designing intuitive and engaging UI/UX experiences for web and mobile.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to brand consistency.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
