Minimum required skills/experience
BA or higher level degree or relevant qualification
Polite and personable communication with the whole organisation
Selfstarter with ability to take ownership of a range of activities
Ability to research condense and feedback
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
At least 4 years experience working in PR/Marketing industry ideally within the luxury and hospitality industry

Roles and Responsibility
Administrative Tasks
- Daily email management
- Approving final list creation for influencer and press outreach and managing juniors sending to relevant clients
- Overarching assistance of founder with business strategy and forecasting
Media Understanding
- Awareness of media landscape cultural and news agenda for trends feature idea creation and news hijacking moments
- Consistent media monitoring in the form of reading weekly and weekend papers magazines and newsletters to remain up to date on news agenda openings trends and understand the media landscape
- Ability to confidently develop and sellin stories to highlevel journalists
- Maintaining regular contact with network of top tier press and influencers through regular meetings and hosting
- Awareness of cultural calendar for client application
Client & Account Management
- Attendance and overseeing at client events
- Leading on highlevel activations
- Oversee wrap report compilation per activation
- New client onboarding processing
- Checking weekly and monthly reports for all clients accurately and effectively
- Regular client meeting attendance
- Ensuring most junior team member takes detailed minutes during client meetings and sent around the team in a timely manner
- Overarching creation of client campaign strategy
