HOW YOULL MAKE AN IMPACT
Job Summary:
- Coordinates the appointment credentialing and recredentialing processes (under the Manager/Medical Staff Services general supervision) for medical and allied health staff members in accordance with Medical Staff Bylaws and The Joint Commission (TJC) standards.
- Responsible for maintaining medical and allied health staff members information in existing systems.
- Provides information to requesting departments hospitals and agencies.
- Plans coordinates and performs administrative activities for medical staff meetings and special affairs; assists the manager and committee chairs with fulfilling required functions.

WHAT YOULL NEED TO APPLY
Required Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred Education: Bachelors Degree in healthcare or business administration
Required Experience:
- One 1 year of payer enrollment or provider credentialling experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Computer skills.
- Webbased products proficiency.
Required Certification/License/Registry:
None
Preferred Certification/License/Registry: Certified Professional Medical Services Management (CPMSM) or Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) credential(s) from the National Association Medical Staff Services (NAMSS).
