We are looking for a detailoriented Senior Payroll and Total Rewards Specialist to manage the preparation and of the organizations payroll process. This role also oversees compensation and benefits administration budgeting and reporting working closely with Finance and Accounting to ensure accurate financial planning and cost management. The ideal candidate possesses strong numerical and analytical skills experience in payroll processing and a deep understanding of compensation structures labor laws and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Payroll Management

  • Prepare and execute the endtoend payroll process ensuring accuracy and timely payments
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with tax laws labor regulations and internal policies
  • Process salary adjustments bonuses overtime and other payrollrelated transactions
  • Ensure correct calculation and deduction of taxes social security and other statutory contributions
  • Handle payroll queries from employees and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Work closely with Finance and Accounting to ensure accurate payroll reporting and reconciliations

Compensation & Benefits

  • Design implement and manage compensation and benefits structures
  • Ensure alignment of compensation strategies with company goals and market trends
  • Manage employee benefits programs
  • Handle benefits enrollment renewals and communication with employees

Budgeting & Reporting

  • Assist in developing and monitoring the companys payroll budget
  • Estimate costs for salary increases bonuses incentives etc.
  • Work with Finance to forecast future compensation and benefits expenditures based on hiring plans salary adjustments and market trends
  • Identify opportunities for cost control in payroll compensation structures and benefits administration
  • Collect market research and salary benchmarking data to ensure competitive and fair compensation strategies
  • Prepare reports on total compensation and payroll for senior management highlighting financial impact trends and strategic recommendations on a scheduled or ad hoc basis
  • Track and report key HR metrics


Requirements
  • BSc in Finance Economics Business Administration (MBA) Human Resources or a related field
  • A MSc degree or an MBA will be a plus
  • Minimum 7 years of proven experience in payroll compensation and benefits total rewards budgeting and reporting
  • Experience in multinational organizations or corporate HR functions is a plus

Technical Skills

  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail
  • Proficiency in payroll software and HRIS systems
  • Excellent knowledge of SAP or other relevant ERP systems
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
  • Familiarity with labor laws tax regulations and compensation structures

Soft Skills

  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams
  • High level of confidentiality and integrity when handling sensitive data
