Were looking for an experienced Staff Data Analyst to join our team reporting to a Director of Engineering youll be responsible for:
- Collaborating with logistics supply chain and product management to understand analytics needs track key metrics and provide actionable insights to decisionmakers
- Analyzing data to address key questions identify drivers of business performance and highlight areas for improvement in efficiency and productivity
- Creating and maintain rich interactive visualizations through data interpretation and analysis with reporting components from multiple data sources
- Evaluating organizational methods and provide sourcetotarget mappings and informationmodel specification documents for datasets
- Reviewing processes within the group and work with other functional groups to streamline accordingly
What Were Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- 5 or more years of experience mining data as a data analyst
- Proven analytics skills including mining evaluation and visualization
- Technical writing experience in relevant areas including queries reports and presentations
- Strong Google and Microsoft suite skills with aptitude for learning other analytics tools
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in mathematics computer science economics or statistics
- Experience with database and model design and segmentation techniques
- Proven success in a collaborative teamoriented environment
