Description of the role:
Moss Motors Inc is looking for a BMW Service Genius to join our team in Lafayette Louisiana. As a BMW Service Genius you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical guidance to BMW owners.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with understanding vehicle features and technology
- Coordinate service appointments and followup with customers
- Provide detailed explanations of maintenance and warranties
- Assist customers with mapping and apping
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong interest in automotive technology
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
- Previous customer service experience preferred
