About the role
The Senior Partner Leadership Development is a newly created role in our Organisational Development and Culture Directorate within People and Culture.
Building on a recent leadership needs assessment and strategy you will play a pivotal role in a small dynamic team shaping and executing a refreshed leadership framework. Your work will enhance leadership capabilities and support DCCEEWs commitment to delivering for the people of NSW.
In this role youll partner with senior executives to shape and elevate leadership capabilities driving success across the department. You are experienced in linking leading development initiatives with Organisational development strategy and youll design and deliver tailored solutions aligned with the leadership framework empowering leaders at all levelsfrom emerging talent to senior executives. By partnering with internal client groups and collaborating with external partners and managing vendor relationships youll ensure the creation of impactful highquality learning experiences that drive meaningful outcomes.
About You
Tailoring leadership development strategies that align with organisational needs and desired culture is your forte. You excel at driving and supporting strategic and operational development initiatives that deliver impactful and sustainable solutions. With proven experience in designing and implementing leadership interventions both with trusted vendors and inhouse you thrive in dynamic multiproject environments applying strong project delivery and time management skills. You also bring expertise in managing vendor relationships ensuring seamless integration and highquality outcomes.
As a skilled program architect you excel at designing leadership programs that align with department needs and delivering impactful outcomes. Your expertise extends beyond inhouse design and facilitation to sourcing and managing vendors to ensure programs deliver the desired leadership capabilities and to the highest standard. With welldeveloped consulting communication and interpersonal skills you thrive in agile settings whether collaborating in a team or independently driving projects. You are passionate about building leadership capabilities and creating programs that inspire and equip our leaders to deliver meaningful results across the departments remit.

DCCEEW also ensures sustainable management of water resources across the state to support the environment communities and industry.
