Your Opportunity

Join a small yet impactful engineering team thats reshaping the future of work. At Leapsome we empower product engineers to take ownership of their work contributing to the full lifecycle of our featuresfrom ideation and discovery to development and iteration. Collaboration is at the core of how we operate: youll work closely with product and design teams combining vision and technical insight to create innovative scalable and secure solutions that delight our users.

We emphasize delivering exceptional user experiences and solving realworld problems through thoughtful design robust engineering and an iterative datadriven approach. As part of an agile and ambitious team youll play a key role in shaping product and architecture decisions creating features that truly make an impact.

Your primary focus will be on People Enablement modules such as performance management learning and engagement. Youll design tools that empower employees and managers to collaborate and grow contributing to features that emphasize usability accessibility and a seamless user experience. Alongside this youll have opportunities to contribute to other strategic initiatives including HRIS and smarter platform features leveraging AI/LLMs.

You will:

• Design and develop impactful features for the People Enablement suite including performance management learning and engagement tools

• Collaborate closely with product and design teams to deliver usercentric solutions participating actively in product discovery and grooming sessions

• Implement innovative solutions using AI/LLMs to automate workflows and enhance the user experience

• Build and maintain reusable scalable frontend and backend components using our modern tech stack (Vue.js Node.js MongoDB)

• Ensure highquality releases by contributing to robust testing monitoring and code review processes

• Analyze data and user feedback to refine features iteratively and deliver meaningful product improvements

• Contribute to crossdomain projects such as smarter platform initiatives or HRIS when strategic priorities align

• Actively participate in code reviews testing and documentation to maintain longterm maintainability and quality

• Provide mentorship and guidance to teammates helping the team grow in technical and product expertise

What is the technology stack

• Frontend: Vue.js TailwindCSS and a modern design system for a consistent intuitive user experience

• Backend: Node.js (TypeScript) with Express MongoDB and NATS built for scalability and modularity

• AI/LLMs: Integration of stateoftheart AI technologies like GPT from OpenAI and LangChain to create smarter workflows and enhance functionality

• Infrastructure: Docker and AWS ensuring robust CI/CD pipelines and scalable infrastructure

• Testing: Automated testing using Playwright Vitest Mocha/Chai and other tools to maintain highquality reliable codebases

• Analytics: Mixpanel Sentry Datadog and custom solutions for datadriven development and monitoring

• Collaboration: GitHub Notion and async communication tools for transparent teamwork

Youll be a good fit if you:

• Share our belief that engineering is a productfocused discipline and youre passionate about solving user problems with impactful solutions

• Have 5 years of experience as a fullstack engineer working on scalable and secure applications

• Are proficient with modern web frameworks (e.g. Vue.js React) and backend technologies (Node.js MongoDB)

• Have experience with design systems and building userfriendly modular components
