Project Managers needed in the Detroit Metro MI area Water Infrastructure and LargeScale Industrial / Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant Construction Projects
A well established company based in the Detroit Metro MI area is currently seeking several Project Managers and Site Superintendents for DirectHire opportunities with their team. Project Manager rates are anticipated to gross approximately $200000 and will be based on each candidates experience and education; we are willing to pay more for the right skills and experience. All well qualified candidates will be considered regardless of pay rate. We offer excellent benefits including great bonuses Company Car medical dental and bonus opportunities!
Qualified Project Managers will possess most if not all of the following skills and experience:
* Project Management experience with Large Scale Construction projects or Industrial / Municipal Wastewater Treatment plants. Typical projects range from $1 to $100 Million.
* Exceptional communication skills must work with Customers and diverse crossfunctional teams.
* Efficiently manage entire project including overseeing design deliverables construction schedule budget milestones and go from project launch to customer signoff.
* BS Degree in Construction Engineering or a closely related degree is a benefit but not essential. Equivalent relevant experience will be strongly considered.
* Able to travel 25 (typically local travel some travel to additional facilities and vendors could be necessary predominantly within the US).
Must be able to work in the US and complete standard prehire checks including background drug screen references etc.
