Job Description
- Buss tables to ensure they are cleaned promptly after customers leave
- Great and Seat guests when needed
- Assist with mentoring new employees
- Ensure the dining room is spotless table floors walls everything
- Comply with sanitation requirements health and personal hygiene standards
- Wash all dirty dishes and put them away in their assigned areas
- Put away daily deliveries
- Maintain a spotless area and assist with cleaning as needed in BOH
- Comply with sanitation requirements health and personal hygiene standards
Detail Minded
- Minimum 16 years of age
- You may occasionally be required to stand reach lift bend kneel stoop climb push and pull items weighing 50# and occasionally 80#
- You will need manual dexterity; auditory and visual skills; and the ability to follow written and oral instructions and procedures
- You dont mind our kitchen environment that includes equipment such as an oven stove dishwasher slicer coffee machine steamer mixer and chefs knivesso frequently you will be exposed to heat steam fire and noise
