Excellent opportunity for an experienced clinical systems trainer to lead a team of training coordinators to supporting the implementation of a highprofile program within the healthcare sector.
Yourrolewillinvolvesupportingthetrainingteambywayofdevelopinganddeliveringtrainingmaterialacrosstheprojectlifecycleandengagingwithmultidisciplinaryteamsmadeupofclinicalandnonclinicalusers.
Weareseekinganengagingandcollaborativeindividualwhobringsanopenandpositivedispositionandhastheabilitytoworkacrossalllevelsofstakeholdergroups.
Thisroleissuitableforanindividualwhocancommenceimmediately.
Tobeconsideredyoumustdemonstrate:
- Aclinicalbackground(i.e.nursingmedicalofficerpharmacist)
- Provencredentialsinfacilitatingthedevelopmentandimplementationofeffectivetrainingdocumentationtoolsandplansforlargescaledigitalhealthcareprograms.E.g.eMRorPASimplementations
- Experienceineffectivelyleadingtrainingteamsthathavesupportedlargescalehealthcareprojects
- Excellentabilitytodevelopandmaintainstrongrelationshipswithadiverserangeofstakeholdersincludingseniormanagementandleaders
- Excellentattentiontodetailcommunicationandexperienceindevelopingandreviewingtechnicaldocumentation
