TASQ is looking for bilingual call center agents who are fluent in Arabic and English for immediate onsite positions in Cebu City.
**Job Title: CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE**
**Work Arrangement:** OnSite
**Work Schedule:** Flexible Shifts
**Key Responsibilities:**
Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone email and chat regarding travel bookings itinerary changes cancellations and other related services.
Provide detailed and accurate information about travel destinations accommodations transportation options and travel packages.
Assist clients with reservations and bookings ensuring that all details are correct and complete.
Address customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency escalating more complex issues to higherlevel support when necessary.
Keep uptodate with current travel industry trends regulations and company policies to assist customers effectively.
Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction with travel arrangements and address any feedback or concerns after their trips.
Collaborate with other departments such as sales and operations to meet customer needs and improve the overall travel experience.
**Qualifications:**
High school diploma or equivalent; an associates or bachelors degree is preferred.
Must be willing to go to Cebu to do the initial and final interview after the prescreening interview and asessment
Experience in Travel Industry Customer Service is a PLUS.
Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
